Urban Dor’s Alan Mendelson Gift-a-Ticket program lets you give a ticket to someone who may not be able to attend an event otherwise—whether they’re new to town, between jobs, or just need a little good karma their way!
The program is in honor of Alan's legacy and positive impact on the Greater Hartford Jewish Community.

About Alan Mendelson
Alan is deeply woven into the fabric of the Greater Hartford Jewish community. A longtime West Hartford resident, he raised his family here and has dedicated his life to paying it forward—mentoring young people and consistently opening doors to help others advance in their careers.
His impact has been so meaningful that the NEJA basketball gym proudly bears his name, the result of a powerful community campaign in which a broad network of donors came together out of respect for Alan’s kindness, friendship, and lifelong commitment to Jewish community service.
